Gov. Willie Obiano has engaged the services of consultants to carry out payroll audit of all workers employed by Anambra State Government.
A Government Circular signed by the Head of Service (HOS), Barr Harry Udu, said the exercise would also extend to Local Government Service.
“This is with a view to identifying and eradicating any anomalies in the payroll system,’’ the circular added.
The exercise has been scheduled to last over three days as some ministries have been split into three.
Some ministries will have their exercise on June 27, another batch on June 28, while a third would undergo theirs on July 1.
Meanwhile, the schedule for secondary schools teachers will hold over two days, July 2 and July 3.
All Officers concerned are to report with their identification cards. (MOI)
