Ahead of the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State, prominent sons and daughters of the state have continued to throw their full weight behind Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s governorship bid.
The latest is the endorsement from the Chairman/CEO of the Young Shall Grow Motors, Chief Vincent Obianodo, who received Cee Cee Soludo in his palatial home in Neni, Anaocha LGA, and declared total support for his governorship bid.
Welcoming Soludo formally to his home, Chief Obianodo (Ezeani Ozuluigbo), said Cee Cee Soludo has all it takes to succeed Governor Willie Obiano. As a businessman, he professed that he will prefer a candidate who understands the dynamics of modern economic system that will create wealth and open up more business potentials for investors who will in turn create employment opportunities for the unemployed.
Responding, Cee Cee Soludo thanked the respected Chief for welcoming him to his home. He expressed his profound gratitude to his host for the support and endorsement of his candidacy.
He further assured his host that if elected governor, he will revitalise the moribund textile industry which has the capacity to generate thousands of job opportunities for the people in the state.
He added that he would equally create an enabling business environment that will promote wealth and opportunities for the citizens of Anambra State.
Also speaking at the occasion, Engr Chukwudi Mbonu, President-General of Neni, assured Cee Cee Soludo that his community would work with him in his bid to become the next governor of Anambra state.
He informed Soludo that his community recently got additional two polling booths during the last delineation of Polling booths by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which has increased their voting population. Cee Cee Soludo however advised that he should ensure that people have actually registered to vote in those new polling booths.

Among those on Soludo’s entourage during the visit include: Hon (Chief) Eche Ezibe (Ijele Aguata); Hon (Chief) Titus Anigbodu (Ugwumba Aguata); Hon Chike Anyaonu, Chief Joe Anatune and several others.
Meanwhile, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Ihiala LGA has recorded its biggest catch yet as a prominent son of Ihiala from Amamu Ward was initiated into the APGA family.

The acclaimed potentate of Ihiala is the Chairman/CEO of Denam Group, a diversified company with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria that deals in three key sectors, notably, Residential Property Development, Pharmaceuticals and Hospitality.
In his spirited drive to back APGA to the hilt, Chief Igwemezie, with the amiable support of his mother, Lady Regina Igwemezie, and his beloved wife, Dr. Dorathy Igwemezie, made handsome donations to APGA as a party and the Soludo Campaign Council.
