Bauchi state’s Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has been confirmed positive to Coronavirus.
His Senior Special Assistant on Media, Mukhtar Gidado, made this announcement through a statement on Tuesday afternoon.
The Nation reports that this comes a day after the governor took the test after he had contact with the son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who was confirmed to have been infected with the virus.
