Calls On Ndigbo To Forget 2023 Presidency Idiotic — NUF

A group known as Ndigbo Unity Forum has berated one Leo Oga for reportedly calling on Ndigbo to forget 2023 Presidency.

In a statement, the President of the group, Augustine Chukwudum, said such a call was nonsense and idiotic because the man who made such a statement was drawing the wrath of Almighty God upon him.

The statement reads, “How can someone who calls himself a right thinking human being dare God by saying what will happen in 2023 when he is not sure of seeing tomorrow? People must stop using inciting statement in this country. We the Igbos will not tolerate such mad utterance from anybody or group anymore. If Nigeria belongs to one region, let them tell us so that we can seprate and become an independent country where there will be equity, justice and fairness.

“People’s right should be respected. Ndigbo have done very well for the unity and progress of this country. Tell me any city outside Igboland that is developed without Ndigbo contributing 80 per cent of that state or city developement. Despite all these efforts we are not getting our share, we are still being treated as 6th class citizens in a country we all are supposed to be equal. Let me tell that mad man that 20l9 presidential election is still in court. It is only when the matter is settled that we can talk about 2023.

“We will not join the launtic to jump before the gun. I also call on Ndigbo all over the world to ignore Leo Oga because he is not God who will decide what happens then. We hereby warn politicians to stop using Ndigbo for their selfish interest. Our silence is not golden.”
