Court Jails Sadist Who Urinated On Woman’s Face In Three-Hour Sex Attack

A “sadist” man who urinated on a woman’s face and sexually assaulted her during a horrific three-hour attack has been jailed for seven years.

Daily Mirror reported that Adam Hulland, 28, also held his victim’s head under a scalding hot tap and broke her hips and two bones in her back during the ferocious assault.

Continuing the barbaric act, Hulland stamped on his victim’s head and chest before tearing off chunks of her hair, reports Derbyshire Live.

The victim told Derby Crown court she feared she was going to die during the brutal attack.

Delivering his verdict, Judge Jonathan Bennett said: “This offence is as serious as it gets in terms of the length of time it took place and the number of injuries she received.

“You humiliated her and she was powerless. You urinated on her and used your foot as a weapon as she lay defenceless on the ground. What took place was horrific.”

Andrew Howarth, prosecuting, told the court how Hulland attacked the victim earlier this year.

He added: “It was a lengthy and prolonged assault. He grabbed her neck in a choking fashion and then dragged her by the hair across a floor.

“Such was the force used that she thought he was going to break her neck. He then got hold of her and put her in the bathtub. He turned the taps on and held her under burning hot water.

“He pulled her out of the tub and she pretended to blackout but he began stamping on her body and her head. He then began urinating on her body and then her face.”

Hulland pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of assault by penetration and was sentenced to seven years behind bars.

In 2017, the same judge jailed him for 19 months after he attacked a different woman three times.

On that occasion, he spat at her and punched her to the face outside the Rose and Crown pub in Chellaston.

He then carried out a further assault in which he “ripped off her knickers” and put his fingers down that victim’s throat.

Sentencing him then, Judge Bennett said: “What you did can almost be classed as sadism.”

Mark Harries, for Hulland, said his client “accepts there were elements of degradation” in this year’s assault.

He said: “I want to make it clear that he accepts full responsibility for the injuries she suffered.

“I don’t mean to diminish the seriousness of what happened but thankfully and mercifully it could have been worse.”
