I Voted For Soludo Because He Is What Anambra Needs — ADC Candidate, Nwankpo

Raymond Ozoji, Awka
Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the just concluded Anambra state governorship election Nze Akachukwu Sullivan Nwankpo has given very cogent reasons he voted for Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo.
Nwankpo, who gave his reasons at his country home Okija, Ihiala local government area of Anambra state while speaking with a team of journalists on  the conduct of the supplementary election, said Okija and the entire Ihiala local government area rooted for APGA and that Anambra people have shown that it is Soludo they need, judging from the election results.
He said another reason was that he deemed it very consequential to vote for APGA because it was already the winning political party in the election and that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) also gave its  blessings and endorsements.
Nwankpo said the founding members of APGA were those who founded ADC; that he also came from APGA to become ADC candidate in the election. He said Soludo is his friend and that Governor Willie Obiano has a good heart too.
The ADC gubernatorial candidate said Soludo’s victory was an opportunity to build together and let Ndi-Anambra be part of governance, adding that it was time to create a community and build together.
He said people were more relaxed and more enthusiastic to vote at the supplementary election and that accommodating one another is the business of community as evident in his Umunna philosophy of good governance.
