Joint Service Commanders Monitor Assembly Election In Anambra

The State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Anambra State Command, Comdt. Isidore Chikere, with other service commanders in the state today embarked on supervision and monitoring of security operatives deployed for the election.

The visit afforded the team an opportunity to access some of the polling units in the state and to ensure that the electorate are exercising their franchise without hindrance in the ongoing election.

The visit took the team to various polling units in Amawbia, Awka, and Enugwu Agidi.

So far, all places visited witnessed peaceful conduct of voters amid tight Security.
