Lagos Businesswoman, Ibidun Ighodalo, Is Dead

Ibidunni, a popular Lagos businesswoman and wife of Lagos-based pastor and founder of Trinity House, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, is dead.

The PUNCH gathered that the event planner and marriage counsellor died in Port Harcourt.

A member of the church’s media team, Matthew Osarenren, confirmed the sad news to The PUNCHon Sunday.

He, however, said he could not speak further and cut the call.

The deceased, who founded Ibidunni Ighodalo Foundation, supported couples having difficulty bearing children.

Meanwhile, reactions have been pouring in since the announcement of her death.

Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, posted the deceased photo on Twitter with the caption, “Unbelievable! Ibidun. .Dead?? My own dear Sister. I am still hoping I will be told it’s not true!”

Also, a former Minister of Education, Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, tweeted, “Life! Ibidun Ighodalo? Just gone… like a candle in the wind. Too much heartbreaking news. May God comfort our very dear Pastor Ituah and rest of family in the way that only He can in Jesus name.”
