Dr. Timothy Ifedioramma, the incumbent lawmaker representing Njikoka 1 state constituency in the 6th Anambra State House of Assembly, has expressed confidence that no candidate of other political parties will defeat him in the 2019 electoral contest for Njikoka 1 state constituency seat.
Ifedioramma, who emerged candidate for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) at the just concluded primary election for his constituency, said he served his constituents in his first tenure at the state assembly which was the remote reason his people stood by him during the primary as well as ensured that he obtained the party’s ticket for another fruitful and result-oriented representation at the state assembly.
The lawmaker who spoke with journalists at Enugwu-Ukwu, Njikoka local government area, at the weekend, maintained that his stewardship and achievements endeared him to his constituents. According to him, though some disgruntled elements attempted to cause confusion and rancour to disrupt the electoral process, the primary election was free, fair, credible and transparent.
He however reiterated the fact that his landslide victory at the primary election would be replicated in the 2019 general elections stressing that he was optimistic that he would floor his co-contestants and that there was no doubt he would become victorious in the 2019 general elections.
