Work resumed in Anambra State today, Oct 28, following the lifting of curfew imposed on the state by the Government of Anambra over EndSARS protests, an official statement says.
This is contained in a circular signed by the state’s Head of Service (HOS) Barr. Harry Udu.
According to the circular, Gov. Willie Obiano has directed that normal work and educational activities should resume with effect from Oct. 28.
The widespread EndSARS protest that was hijacked by hoodlums necessitated the imposition of a 24-hour curfew.
The curfew was downgraded to 12 hours, before being lifted to pave way for a return of normalcy across the state. (MOI)
